1. System Support Operator (Ref: EWA-SSO)   

• Job description:   
  - Network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
  - Work with customers and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of network related problems
  
  
• Qualification:   
  - Form 5 or above    
  - Experience in TCP/IP networking protocols   
  - Experience in IP networking and troubleshooting features is highly desirable    
  - Ability to work with customers in a professional manner is essential    
  - Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology    
  - Good command of Mandarin is preferred         

2. Corporate Account Executive (Ref: EWA-CAE)  

• Job description:   
  - Responsible for sales and account management of corporate Internet solutions   
  - Responsible for selling Internet solutions   
  - Provide consultancy service and assist in project implementation   
           
• Qualification:   
  - Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing is preferred   
  - Knowledge of computers and the Internet is a must   
  - Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin   
  - Good command of written English and Chinese   
  - Good communication skills, dynamic, independent    
  - A good team player with outgoing, presentable, aggressive, highly self motivated characteristics
